Copenhagen-born DJ and producer Main Phase is a driving force in the global resurgence of UK bass culture. Since launching the project in 2019, he’s carved out a distinctive space in the underground — blending the raw energy of UK bass at all tempos with Europe’s introspective club sound to create something both reverent and forward-thinking. His music and sets channel pirate radio, sound system culture, and DIY spirit, delivered with a crisp modern edge that resonates far beyond the British Isles.

As co-founder of ATW Records alongside Interplanetary Criminal, Main Phase has helped shape a new wave of UK-influenced club music — from high-octane speed garage under ATW to futuristic jungle explorations as First Touch with Lille Høg. His solo catalog spans labels from Locked On to Instinct, earning support from Ben UFO, Pangaea, Mama Snake, Darwin and Chris Stussy.

Known for high-energy DJ sets filled with unreleased dubs and vinyl cuts, Main Phase has played Fabric, Glastonbury, Outlook, and hosts a monthly Rinse FM show. Though based in Copenhagen, his sound is unmistakably UK-born — bridging cultures and generations through bass, breaks, and pure dance-floor energy.
